Disney Trip Booked............YAY for Friday

I am beyond excited that today is FRIDAY.. I look forward to FRIDAY soon much.... Other exciting news we just booked our fast trip to Disney for little miss who is turning 3 in Nov! We wanted to take her before she turned 3 and before the baby came. We are going for a super fast trip and it was last minute.

A few things I have already learned about a Disney trip is to book super early.. We waited for a while to pick dates and not all onsite hotels were pretty much booked up... We are staying off site which is ok for our first time there. The next trip we will make sure we plan it several of months in advance to be able to do all the stuff we want to do. We know Lily Jane will have so much fun though..

If any of you girls have any DISNEY tricks or trips please let me know!!!

  1. aaaaah SO FUN! We booked ours a few months ago and will be taking Cade in February for a quick weekend trip for his 5th birthday (and leaving Charlie bug behind but fingers crossed our next trip could be when he turns five as well) Hope it's a way to get our feet wet then plan a big week long Disney trip years ahead in the future just like you said - many many many months in advance (whew!) Cray.

  2. I'm no help! We haven't braved Disney yet, but plan to in the next year or so before we try for #2.
You'll have to give me tips when it's our turn! :)

Lily Jane! I absolutely love her name!

  3. My biggest tips...get there when the gates open and go left! Schedule anything that can be scheduled & book fast passes. Stay until maybe 1 and then head back to your hotel for some rest/relaxing and then head back to Disney around 5 and stay until it closes. :)

  4. Disney with kids has always been on my to-do list but not in the cards yet, ha. Congrats on #2 - can't wait to find out what you are having!!

  5. Yay for Disney! We just got back a month ago...and my 2.5 year old asks us to go back almost everyday! I did a blog post a few weeks ago if you want to check that out! :) My biggest tip would be to join touringplans.com. It's like $12 but you can make a personalized plan so you see everything you want to see when you're there and not stuck waiting in line forever. Also, they have a reservation finder where they text you when someone cancels their reservation...it's how we got a reservation at Chef Mickey's super last minute! And I agree with what others say about getting there right when the gates open and use your fast passes wisely!! :) Have so much fun!!

  7. You guys are going to have a blast! I love all things Disney! We've been to Disney World only once with the kids but we've been to Disneyland a number of times. Never a dull moment!

  9. Ahhh how exciting!! We went to Disney last year and it was the best time ever!! I actually just booked our villa for next October, so yes, you are right that booking Disney is done really early! I'm sure you will have the best time though and Lily will love it! (I've done some posts on Disney but this is one for tips and tricks if you're interested :) http://www.thishappylifeblog.com/2016/04/planning-your-disney-world-trip-few.html )
