29 Weeks

*I don't have a picture this week** I am adding one later this week.. But for now our shiplap wall going up!!

How far along? 29 weeks
Gender: Boy
Weight Gain? 22ish pounds
Maternity Clothes?  Lots of maternity clothes mixed in with regular stuff still.  I'm especially loving maternity tops
Stretch Marks? None!
Belly button in or out?  OUT :(
Sleep:  Sleep is come and go. I am trying to use my Young Oils at night to help me relax and they have been helping a lot!!
Best moment this week:  We have been doing a little in the babies room. We added shiplap to one of his walls and I am loving how it turned out. We have a dresser getting painted, and can't wait for that to be done so we can organize and put everything on the wall.
Symptoms:  Fatigue, back pain, weight gain, some restlessness at night, leg cramps
Miss Anything?  Being able to breath normally, especially at night when my nose gets all congested, and not having to pee every 5 seconds.
Movement?  Lots of movement still.
Cravings?  Salt, and Carbs :( all the things I am trying not to eat these last 3 months
Queasy or sick?  Noting at all!
Looking forward to? Organizing everything in the house. I am nesting and I can't wait for this sweet baby boy to be here!!!

  1. My husband and I are getting ready to put a shiplap wall up in our dining room. We've read thousands of "how-tos" but this one looks great. Is there a specific article you read on how to do this or did y'all just hire someone? I also see that you painted the wood prior to putting it on the wall...every other thing I saw they painted after but this looks much easier. Any advice would be great as that wall looks fabulous!

    1. Girl we have read so many blogs, watched so many videos and just went with it lol!! yes I would say paint before it makes it that much easier... All you have to do is put wood filler in the holes and paint on it and do a little touch up paint. I was scared painting it after it would get between the cracks (etc). Thanks it is a working progress. I would say on the video it looks like a piece of cake but all the walls are not perfect straight nor were the boards that they cut, so it was a challenge.. Good LUCK
