1) Today- Friday started off great because it is a Teacher Planning Day so I took the whole day off :) We are going out of town as like our last trip before the baby comes, kind of a BABYMOON!!!
2) On Saturday FSU plays Clemson one of the biggest games for FSU. It will be tough for FSU but I hope they can pull it off. They are playing at Death Valley at night so I know it will be tough for them... I wish I was going but I don't think at 32 weeks pregnant that I will be making the trip there.
3. This week I made a yummy buffalo chicken croissants for dinner and it was a winner :)
Shredded buffalo chicken with cheddar cheese in a croissant!! Bake the chicken first at 375 for about 25 min. Then shred about three boneless chicken strips in a bowl add hot sauce, ranch, cream cheese, and cheese mix together. Then put chicken on croissant bake for 11 min at 375*
4. I think I found a diaper bag.... The winner is the Petunia Pickle Bottom Backpack.. Has anyone ever used this backpack???

5. Where I live this week they had a One Week Boutique where all the moms around town can sell their gently used Baby gear and clothes and make some money. It is always a big hit, with thousands of thousands of items for sale. This sale I scored a Baby Bullet. I hope that I can make Lily Jane some baby food when she gets to that point. My mom always use to make my food when I was little. How hard could it be right??? Has anyone every used this before?
Such a cute diaper bag! I thought about getting a Petunia Pickle Bottom Backpack, but went with a different bag instead. I have some friends who have this same bag and love it though!
ReplyDeleteHow exciting that you found a baby bullet for a steal this week! I make my own baby food and it is so easy! I don't have the baby bullet, but have heard great things about it. It really is so simple and I find that it is cheaper than buying the prepackaged baby foods (though there is nothing wrong with not making your own baby food).
Sounds like you should have a great weekend! Enjoy your babymoon :)
I can't wait to try it, if I don't get it I know I will get some type of backpack for all her stuff. You will have to let me know how you make your own baby food. :)
DeleteHi there, new to your blog through 5 On Friday. Congrats on your little girl :) Those chicken buffalo croissants look yummy.
ReplyDeleteI am on the look out for a diaper bag myself. I like the one you choose. I am planning to make my own baby food in the future as well, however I am going to use my Ninja blender as it is very powerful. My cousin has a magic bullet and she says it works excellent. So I think that was a good choice.
Love the name you picked for your little girl, really sweet.
Hope you have a great weekend.
I am glad that you were able to find my blog!!! Thank you for the sweet comment on her name it is a family name :)

Congrats on the win! FSU played amazing! I don't have that exact backpack for Kennedy but I do have a backpack as my diaper bag and believe me, they are soooo much better than a regular diaper bag! I had a regular diaper bag her first month and it always got in the way. Switching to a backpack was the best decision!!!!
ReplyDeleteI was so happy that FSU won :) yes I deff want a backpack for her diaper bag I heard it is so much easier!!
DeleteThe buffalo chicken recipe sounds delicious!!
ReplyDeleteBaby food making was really easy and kind of fun! You'll be fine :)
