Making 2014 Count Link Up
2013 has been a wonderful year!! The biggest blessing happened in 2013 which was the birth of our beautiful baby girl. 2014 will be a fun year watching our baby girl grow, and how our family adjusts to a family of 3 :)

My Word is......
I am the type that wants everything done when I want it done and can't wait for others to help me do something or wait around. My husband tells me all the time I need to learn patience. So 2014 I am going to learn patience especially with having a new baby, I am going to drive myself crazy if I don't. Already in the 1st month Lily Jane has taught me some patience. It will be a tough challenge for me but I think I can do it. I want to be able to spend more time with my baby girl and my family and not worry about everything getting done. I also can't stand when my friends/ or others are late when we go places, so I am going to make it a point to be patience and wait!!! I am going to do updates through out the year to let everyone know how my journey with patience goes :)
I also want to spend more family time then on my computer or working. My family is my rock and my everything, they have been there for the ups and down and are not going anywhere. I don't want to regret spending time with my baby because she will not be a baby for long :( Happy New Year!!

I am starting the year off by cleaning out my closet (more items to come). So my 5 on Friday is my Closet Sale :)

worn a few times and are in great condition (dry cleaned or hand washed).

Lily Jane 1 Month
Dear Sweet Pea,
You are 1 month old and mommy and daddy can't be more happy that you are apart of our family. I am going to be honest with you it has been a rough 1st month my dear. You came 3 weeks early and mommy and daddy were not prepared but it was the best surprise of our life. We had to run out and buy some smaller clothes for you because you weighed 5 lbs 14 oz. We had to go to the doctor with you a lot the first 2 weeks because you were jaundice, but you are healthy now. You are a good eater but sometimes you eat too fast and have a lot of gas. Mommy and Daddy try to get the gas out but you sometimes cry and scream at us :( You are wearing some Preemie pants but mostly newborn clothes. You are also wearing newborn diapers and go through A LOT!! At night you are sleeping anywhere between 2.5-5 hours at a time. You are sleeping in your sleep sheep in our bedroom and love to be swaddled. The things you love right now are car rides, the swing and bouncy seat. Mommy and Daddy love you to pieces and you have brought so much joy this first month and we are still learning how to be a Party of 3!!!
