Diary Free.....baby is coming soon

DIARY FREE 

Ok moms out there I need your help. My first one had a dairy allergy which made her super fuss, gassy and everything else. We found out it was a diary allergy, which I am hearing more and more how common they are. So this time around I am going to go ahead and switch to no dairy about 2 weeks before the baby is due (hard to guess that but will try when DR think its getting close) I need your help. If you have gone Diary Free please please give me some of our favorite substitutions or meals you made? Also, how did you eat out? I am trying to plan ahead and get some ideas going before baby comes. This is going to be hard because I love CHEESE and am a picky eater...

31 Weeks

How far along? 31 weeks

Gender: Boy baby weighs 3 lbs 6 oz

Weight Gain? 25ish pounds

Maternity Clothes?   Maternity clothes- loving my black leggings :) I feel like I am wearing them every day.. They are the best leggings. Living in FL its cold then hot then cold.. Its so hard to figure out what to wear.

Stretch Marks? a couple here and there

Belly button in or out?  OUT :( I feel like I have a huge belly button

Sleep:  Having a very hard time sleeping. I can't get comfy and I toss and turn all night long....I am trying to use my Young Oils at night to help me relax and they have been helping a lot!!

Best moment this week:  Just being home. Last week traveling down south 7 hours away was so long and the emotions of loosing my grandmother was very hard.

Symptoms:  Fatigue, back pain, weight gain, some restlessness at night, leg cramps, feeling huge

Miss Anything?  Being able to get comfy.. It is starting to be uncomfortable at night and back pain

Movement?  Lots of movement still. He is a kicker :) We went and had an ultra sound and he was a wiggle one and kicker..

Cravings?  Salt, and Carbs and some sweets. Trying to limit these last 3 months

Queasy or sick?  Noting at all!

Looking forward to? Having my baby shower this week with my family and friends. Can't wait to celebrate with them. Also, we are going to Amelia Island for a baby moon so I am excited and looking forward to that

Inauguration DAY

Today is Inauguration Day.. I think whether or not we voted for Trump it is still history. the 45th President will take office today. Our kids will read about it in the textbook. I am going to be watching it today as I think it is important to understand and be able to talk about it.. What are your plans on this Inauguration Day??

 

Heavy heart

Good morning!! It's with a heavy heart that I am writing this post this morning. On Tuesday morning my Memere passed away sudden. We were all very shocked and sadden. She was the center of our family. She was 85 years old and still lived by herself, drove her own car and was always at every family or event. She lives down south so it was hard to see her but she came up to visit with my dad and we went down there. She had 14 grandkids and 14 great grand kids. So crazy to think she is gone. It dose not seem real yet at all. We are packing up the car and heading down South for the weekend and spending time with the family. I had a hard time debating whether to bring my little one with me but in the end I am. I think it is good for her to be around family and meet a lot of family she probably wont get to meet again for a while. Please say a little pray for our family this weekend as it is going to be a hard time and being almost 30 weeks pregnant riding in a car 7 hours and the emotions.  I LOVE AND MISS YOU SO MUCH MEMERE
