Baby Number 2.......HELP

It's been over 3 years since I had a baby registry for a new baby coming...I need all your mommy input. We have so much stuff from Lily Jane we are not sure what else we need especially anything different for a baby BOY... We need your help.. Also, I have seen so many new things they have come up with that not sure what we need. If you have your top pick of 3 items what would they be?????? Any advice we would love for a boy!!!

Big NEWS..........

Big News!!! I have been holding back so much and it has been killing me.. We are adding another member to our family and we are beyond excited. God has truly blessed us with another one we get to hug,kiss and love on. I am 14 weeks this week.. I feel like the second one flies by so fast. I have been so tired and it is hard to be a great mommy and wife. I am so thankful for my husband for keeping us all together, without him we would be drowning.
